The intercult connected campus for trainers, provide innovative training through the development of interactive tools and pedagogical contents.The idea is to develop a concrete educational action plan including the delivery of an interactive online platform made up of MOOCs adapted to meet the needs of learners.
Training programme
This program is developed to support social workers in their missions of supervising migrants and refugees with innovative digital tools.
Module 1 – Introduction to the range of digital tools available to support migrant learners
In this module, learners will discover the advantages and digital tools available for supporting migrants and refugees in order to promote collaborative and remote work.
Module 2 – Introduction to gamification, challenged- based learning and samples of free tools that embed these strategies
In this module, learners will be introduced to the benefits of gamification and how it can be used in formal and non-formal educational settings.
Module 3 – Motivating and Supporting Learners
In this module, learners will be introduced to the motivation, rules of motivation, motivation personality types and setting goals.
Module 4 – Introduction to the Toolkit of Interactive Infographics for learners
The aim of this Module 4 is to develop and improve the knowledge and skills of teachers, trainers and social workers related to the identification, creation and use of interactive infographics.
Module 5 – Cultural Awareness and Intercultural dialogue
The aim of this Module is to develop and improve the skills of teachers, trainers and social workers related to the promotion of cultural awareness and intercultural dialogue in the teaching/learning process.
Module 6 – Cultural Mediation (opportunities and challenges) and how to manage this in the classroom
In this module, learners will get an introduction to principles of intercultural mediation. The module starts with an unit on culture and communication, followed by a unit on intercultural communication.

Interactive Infographic Kit
An infographic resource kit to help digitally prepare adult educators and social workers to use digital tools to support vulnerable, migrant and refugee audiences. Infographic resources are interactive and require digital skills.
The kit is a toolkit consisting of 6 interactive infographics on the topic of digital readiness providing an appropriate and effective framework for developing key digital skills for migrant social workers and adult learners and linked to the modules. Each infographic is a set of 3 elements:
An introductory/explanatory video to present the subject covered in the interactive infographic and describe the context of the digital resources contained in the poster.
An interactive quiz or test based on riddles
A Digital breakout – a challenge-based learning resource that will include up to 4 individual challenges to develop key skills or a WebQuest
